Be Prepared for the Heat during Member Guest Tournament

Schedule Reminder: For Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Hydrate Ladies, Drink a full bottle of water every 3 holes. Include some salty snack or drink. Signs of heat exhaustion ( before life threatening heat stroke ) include cessation of sweating, cool clammy feeling of skin, chills, dizziness, nausea. Alert a team mate immediately and get in the shade, douse in ice cool water and wet towels Fanning also helps. Call in for assistance asap. 

August 4: Check in from 8:30 to 9:30am with a shotgun start at 10:00am. Water, fruit and snack will be provided throughout the day of golf. A boxed lunch will be delivered during the round. On completion of your round there will be a team putting contest in front of the Golf Shop.

August 5: Check in and a full breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:30am and a 9:00am shotgun start. Sit down lunch, raffle and awards in the ballroom following the round

We all need some water and shade.
